I understand that my attendance, behaviour, academic performance, academic standing and compliance with School expectations may be monitored by the School.
Where a sponsor, parent, guardian or other authorised contact has been designated in connection with my enrolment or sponsorship arrangements, I acknowledge and agree that the School may share information relating to my attendance, academic progress, academic standing, disciplinary status and warnings, in accordance with School Rules, the Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
I acknowledge that where attendance thresholds, academic warning thresholds or behavioural warning thresholds established under School regulations are reached, the School may automatically notify sponsors, parents or guardians, issue formal warnings, arrange meetings, implement support measures and, where appropriate, take disciplinary or academic action in accordance with the applicable regulations.
I understand that completion of this acknowledgement is required for enrolment, registration and access to School services and systems.
